Choose grid or transparent-region detection

Grid mode divides the full image into equal rows and columns. It handles tightly packed sheets and keeps intentionally empty cells.

Auto mode scans alpha pixels and groups touching pixels into regions. It works best when each sprite is separated by transparent space. Diagonally touching art may remain separate; edge-touching art becomes one region.

ZIP exports are lossless PNG files named in reading order. The source image is never uploaded.
