eBay Fee & Profit Calculator
Estimate eBay.com final value, order, promoted and international fees, add real seller costs, and solve a listing price for a target profit.
01 / Fee base
Model the checkout
eBay calculates its percentage fees on the total sale amount, including applicable tax.
02 / Seller costs
Turn payout into profit
These costs do not change eBay’s percentage fee, but they change the deal.
03 / Rate controls
Keep the estimate honest
Use the custom fields for Store pricing, account surcharges, or a category not listed above.
Independent estimate for eBay.com. Store subscriptions, vehicles, special categories, taxes on fees, promotions, and account status can change the actual charge.
Field note
See the eBay fee base before you accept an offer
For U.S. sellers, the final value fee uses item price, buyer-paid shipping, applicable sales tax, and other checkout charges. The fixed order fee is $0.30 when the total sale amount is $10 or less and $0.40 above $10.
The presets cover three published eBay.com schedules. Edit the rate fields when your Store tier or category differs. Promoted Listings General and the 1.65% international fee also use the total sale amount, so tax can increase a fee even though the seller never keeps that tax.
Rates were checked against eBay’s U.S. selling-fee table and Promoted Listings guidance in July 2026.
