Whatnot Fee & Show Profit Calculator
Model a whole Whatnot live show with per-order commission and processing fees, inventory costs, giveaways, show expenses, and a target average sale price.
01 / Each order
Price the actual transaction
Processing uses sale price, buyer shipping, and buyer tax. Commission uses sale price only.
02 / Whole show
Count what single-order tools miss
Giveaways, helpers, setup, travel, and promotion can turn a good payout into a weak show.
03 / Published rates
Match your category and state
Processing is charged per transaction, including orders later placed in one shipment. Some states tax seller fees.
Independent estimate. Whatnot tests account-specific commission programs and changes eligible high-value categories. Match the editable rates to your seller statement before planning a large show.
Field note
Calculate whether the whole Whatnot show made money
Most fee calculators stop at one sale. A live seller also pays for inventory, packing supplies, giveaways, helpers, travel, and promotion across many paid orders. This calculator keeps the per-transaction fee math visible, then rolls it into one show result.
Whatnot’s standard U.S. commission is 8% of the final sale price, while Coins & Money uses 4%. Payment processing is 2.9% of the total order value plus $0.30 per transaction. Eligible high-value categories currently pay no commission on the sale-price portion above $1,500; use that preset only when your category appears in the active program.
Rates and fee bases were checked against Whatnot’s seller-fee guidance, updated July 8, 2026. The target solver changes average sale price while holding order count, buyer charges, costs, and rates fixed.
